We enjoy living here because of the area and location, of our apartment and we have been living here for approx. 6 yrs come... August 2024. The apartment complex comes with what you would expect from a higher-end modern community. The amenities are well kept, the... interiors are good looking, and most of the residents are very respectful of one another compared to other locations.
What really sets the complex apart is the maintenance team. Hector runs an extremely tight ship. Additionally he's very personable! He greets me and my wife daily, and even keeps mental notes of the repairs we've had and asks how they're doing. The repairs we've had have been great and extremely timely. I don't think I've ever waited for more than a few days for a repair, it's scary fast! I normally wouldn't leave a review for an apartment complex, but my experience with Hector and the maintenance team has been so great that I feel obligated to let others know how great a job they're doing. I have so many roaches in my apartment! Every morning when I turn the light on there on my counter in the dishwasher , it’s... just disgusting. I haven’t even begun to move my things out of storage for fear that they’ll get in my couch etc. Everything in my apartment is new so they were here way before I moved in. Not sure if the person before me was dirty but I’m not. I asked if I could move to a different unit but they said there is no record of roaches in this unit but I have no reason to make anything up especially because I was so excited to move in ! April at the Leasing Office is incredible! I had a high value package left at my door by mistake while I was away from my... apartment and I had no one available to make sure it wasn’t going to get stolen. I called the Leasing Office and April went above and beyond to help make sure my package was safe until my roommate was able to come get it for me. Austin was so nice and accommodating. Yesterday he was doing the recurring pressure washing throughout the building. To be... considerate, he rang the doorbell to each unit to let us know what he was doing as the area may be wet. On top of that I asked him if I submitted a ticket would they pressure wash my balcony and he offered to do it right then and there. Never see anyone do actual property walks. All of the trash receptacles are horrible! all of the trash is on the ground,... not inside the bins and there’s trash and stains all over the stairways. I will be leaving Artisan in about a Month, and my time here has been pretty good. Parking was great, I had my own spot and... no ever took it. The Amenities were ok. The pool was nice and the bbq pits were awesome, however I wasn't able to utilize the game room or lounge so that was a bummer. Maintenance and staff were top notch. I would give more than a 5 if I could. The value, location and noise were average. If Artisan would have had a charger for electric vehicles I maybe would have stayed. Another thing that I felt was not desirable was a neighbor of mine never cleaned up after his/her dog. Leaving fresh dog dung on the stairs and in the walk ways. The best part of waking up is not seeing dog dung outside your door. All in all it was a great experience and if you don't need charging for your car I would recommend it.
