The only good thing about this place is that there is plenty of parking here and that the service request is always fulfilled... in orderly time. Other then that we notice that the pool is always dirty, foggy and somewhat slimy, neighbors meeting up with outside people to fight at 1am ( I have video) cockroaches running around outside at night and when we tired to have inspection done to turn in the apparent they left us waiting from 10am til 2pm just for us to call them and they tell us that they would have to reschedule after they had already called us and said they would stop by at 11am. Then the day that was set for the reschedule we got here on time 10am sharp no one shows up we go to the office and they are closed had to wait around for an hour just to turn in the keys no inspection was ever done. Love our Apartment Location and we have never had any issues... with our neighbors.
The Maintenance Team has been very attentive. The Office staff is simply wonderful, great Job overall.
I would recommend Rancho Belago as being a very nice place to enjoy Home time.
The pool can be a bit noisy at times. And of course, our homeless population around the area does have the occasional visit here and there. I'm not sure we can do much regarding that anywhere in the city. Gym area is very nice also, every time I have used it - it has been clean.

My water heater has been leaking... and he came out both times as soon as I put in the work order to come and review it. Unable to reach emergency maintenance during ceiling leak
This is unacceptable. My ceiling within my apartment bathroom is currently leaking from the upstairs residency and has started... to bubble my paint and ruin the bathroom floor. Upon calling the emergency number provided in my home pamphlet during move-in, the call was unable to be completed and no other number is provided to help resolve this issue. This is an unacceptable situation that the ceiling Is leaking and there can not be a solution during an emergency. Noise violations... past curfew, parking of their friends in car port area without registration nor a right to be there. Slamming doors, loud guests past 10pm during work week. From day one living in these apartments has been nothing but disturbing. We have more than a severe homelessness/burglary... issue. The office staff is incompetent. Don’t bother having any maintenance issues over the weekends. They won’t be addressed until Monday morning 10am if the staff shows up on time. It is most definitely NOT safe and/or comfortable. No worries- the homeless shower in the pool and live on premises for free. Our top notch security makes sure of it. If your car gets towed we have the worst towing company that oversees this. Pepe’s towing. They can’t give you any answers. Aside from all the mountain critters we get-again expect many homeless people around dumpster. diving. It’s been 4 months and I am still waiting on a call back/email from the higher ups regarding these and many other matters. The only way they reach out is if something is wrong with payment. So I had a problem with my AC only blowing hot air. It was addressed today by Ernesto and Raul. They did a great job taking... care of the issue. Ernesto was polite and professional and showed genuine concern in wanting to get my air conditioner up and working again. It now is working perfectly again. On a side note, I've been living here four years now, just resigned my lease for year number five. Ernesto was able to fix all things in my new apartment within hours of my service request. He was fast and super efficient... took him about 30 minutes to perform a sink faucet replacement, a high ceiling bulb replacement, change my ceiling fan direction for summer use (vs winter use), as well as fixing the weird wobbling motion it had when set at high speed, and fixed my ac vents so that the ac will be better distributed amongst the entire apartment.
